Tenants are advised that there will be administration charges when renting a property and the advertised rent does not include council tax, water or utility charges unless stated. The administration fees will include referencing fees (£120 per Tenant/ no charge for Guarantor), preparation of the tenancy agreement £120 per property (not tenant), and there may be an Inventory check-in cost which will vary depending on the size of the property (this should be no more than £200). All of these charges are inclusive of VAT. In addition, a deposit will be required which is usually 6-8 weeks of the agreed rent. On occasions, depending on a particular property, these prices may be reduced.
